应用领域:1010/1015碳钢球是很普通的一款钢球,具有价格低,硬度高的特点,用途比较广泛。通常用于自行车、轴承、滑轮、滑轨、工艺品、货架、万向球、箱包、小五金件、也可用来研磨其它介质。
特性:有磁,金相组织为铁素体,油性/干性包装,通常外露时要电镀,可镀锌、镀金、镀镍、镀铬等;耐磨性比较强,HRC50-55。
比较:和轴承钢球相比,耐磨性和硬度不如轴承钢球(GCr15钢球的硬度为HRC60-66):所以碳钢球的使用寿命相对来讲较短。
生产级别:G28 - G1000
适用标准:ISO3290, GB308, DIN5401, ABMA, JIS
生产尺寸:1.5875mm(1/16 inch)- 38.1000mm(1 1/2 inch),尺寸表如下:
