A. Manufacturing process of steel ball products
The manufacturing process of steel ball products from wire to steel ball as follows:
1. Wire drawing: The wire is annealed and cold drawn into the required size.2. Cold heading: The cold heading steel wire is formed into a steel section, and the steel forging die is extruded into a drum-shaped ball.
3. Flashing: The drum ball removes excess burrs from the ball device and grinds it into a rough spherical surface.
4. Heat treatment: The steel balls are carburized and quenched in the heat treatment furnace to make the steel balls have the required hardness and carburized layer.
5. Hard grinding: The steel ball is ground on a hard mill to control the tolerance of the steel ball to ±2.5μm.
6. Grinding: After repeated grinding, the steel ball is brighter and the surface is more perfect.
7. Polishing: After polishing equipment, the steel ball meets international standards.
8. Detection: All products are tested by at least two procedures.
9. Cleaning: Wash with water.
10. Drying and rust prevention: Dry with a dryer and add anti-rust liquid for anti-rust treatment.
11. Inspection: visual inspection and machine inspection of various indicators, packaging after testing.
12. Packaging: We use carton packaging or steel drum packaging, and can also be packaged according to customer's request.

(1) The four parts of the inner ring, the outer ring, the steel ball and the cage enter the semi-automatic bearing assembly line for initial installation.
(2) The initial bearing, sealing ring and dust cover will be inserted into the second assembly line and assembled into bearing products.
(3) Inspection of finished products.
(4) Product oil seal.
(5) Finished product storage.
