Liangshan Keda Steel Ball & Bearing Co., Ltd (LSKD) was established in 2015. The company is committed to research and development of steel ball products (carbon steel balls, bearing chrome steel balls, stainless steel balls) and bearing products (small and medium-sized 60/62/63/ 68/69 series deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearings, non-standard ball bearings), "providing high-quality steel ball products and bearing products for tourism, transportation, toys, agricultural machinery and hardware industries" has also become the development power of LSKD. The development of LSKD can be divided into the following four stages:
The first stage: 1998 - 2008
In 1998, Liangshan Xiangda Steel Ball Co., Ltd was established. The factory was originally set up with an area of about 2,000 square meters and a construction area of about 1,100 square meters. It mainly produces carbon steel balls, G100-G1000;
The second stage: 2008 - 2015
After ten years of unremitting efforts by Keda employees, LSKD steel ball products are selling well in the domestic market. The company's turnover is rising. In 2008, Liangshan Quanda Industry & Trade Co., Ltd was established to increase the production line of bearing chrome steel ball products, the grade range has been extended to G10-G1000. Meanwhile it increase the production line of deep groove ball bearing products and non-standard bearing products, LSKD has begun to provide high-quality bearing products for partners;
The third stage: 2015 - 2018
In 2015, Liangshan Keda Steel Ball & Bearing Co., Ltd was established. After the establishment, the company covers an area of 11,000 square meters and the construction area is 12,000 square meters. At this time, LSKD's product line is more abundant, and the products involve carbon steel balls and bearing chrome steel Balls, stainless steel balls, deep groove ball bearings, thrust ball bearings and non-standard ball bearings. LSKD has become a mature enterprise with a large scale and specialization among steel ball and bearing enterprises.
The Fourth stage: 2018 - Present
Liangshan Keda Steel Ball & Bearing Co., Ltd keeps making progress and moving towards to a better goal. The company applied for the LSKD trademark in 2019 and decided to build its own product brand and improve the recognition of LSKD steel ball products and LSKD bearing products in the market. Up to now, the production capacity of LSKD steel ball products has reached 7,500 tons/year, and the production capacity of LSKD bearing products has reached 48 million sets/year.
