Our company mainly produces carbon steel balls and chrome steel ball and stainless steel balls, so here we mainly introduce the hardness of carbon steel ball, chrome steel ball and stainless steel ball.Carbon steel balls are also divided into low carbon steel balls, medium carbon steel balls and high carbon steel balls due to the original production. Domestic customers have little demand for medium carbon steel balls, mainly are low carbon steel balls and high carbon steel balls. We often say that the chrome steel ball is a steel ball machined from GCr15 / SUJ2 / AISI 52100 / 100Cr6 steel, commonly known as "bearing steel ball". The stainless steel ball is made of stainless steel.
Common materials for steel ball production are Q195, Q215, Q235, Q275, AISI 1010, AISI 1015, AISI 1018, AISI 1045, AISI 1065, AISI 1085, GCr15, 100Cr6, SUJ2, AISI 52100, SWRCH22A, 201, 302, 304, 316, 316L, 420, 440C and so on.
The products are mostly in the spherical state after grinding, polishing, rust prevention, drying and oiling. Of course, they can also be customized according to the requirements of customers, such as dry packaging and processing for punching balls and dish balls.
The hardness of the low carbon steel ball after heat treatment is mostly HRC 55-60, and the hardness of the steel ball without heat treatment is HRC 25-30, which is the soft steel ball, iron ball, etc. we usually call; The heat treated high carbon steel balls' hardness is HRC 60-65; the hardness of the GCr15 steel ball after heat treatment is mostly HRC 60-66; since the stainless steel cannot be heat treated, its hardness is HRC 25-30.
